LEI number prices

Below you will find our LEI prices excluding any applicable VAT. An LEI renewal is priced as a new LEI number registration.

Our pricing includes English-speaking customer service. The LEI Service customer service will assist you via phone and email. Our LEI prices also include free updates should changes be made to the registered legal entity. This ensures that the GLEIF LEI database is always updated with the correct LEI information

FAQ

When you pay for a new LEI number you get:

  • Unlimited assistance with your LEI number application until it is either approved or rejected by GLEIF

  • Unlimited support via phone and email

  • Updates to your LEI information free of charge if changes are made to your legal entity

An LEI code has both an initial registration fee and an annual membership fee. If you choose one of our multi-year renewal plans you can save money on your annual LEI renewal fee.

The price of an LEI renewal depends on the renewal plan you choose. If you choose a 1-year renewal with LEI Service the renewal fee is $59 (excluding any applicable VAT). A 1-year renewal costs the same as a new LEI registration. You can save money on your LEI renewal by choosing one of our multi-year renewal plans.

Two payment options are available for an LEI code:

  • If the legal entity performs the registration themselves the legal entity will cover the registration fee

  • A non-related legal entity has been granted authorization to manage the LEI registration for the legal entity. This option is called assisted registration. In the case of assisted registration the charges for the new LEI code are paid by the entity managing the LEI registration

The fee for a new 1-year LEI registration with LEI Service is $59 excluding any applicable VAT.
